01 / About us
NOVA ENGINEERING S.r.l. is an engineering company established in Ravenna, Italy, in 2010. We design civil and industrial works and their building services, we handle the permitting process with the competent authorities and we support the client through construction.
We work in multidisciplinary teams: structures, architecture, electrical and mechanical systems, fire safety, energy, surveying, acoustics and environment are coordinated within the same company. For specialist skills we do not keep in house we rely on professionals we work with on a regular basis.
Our clients are public authorities, construction companies, industrial groups, general contractors and design practices looking for a single point of reference on structures and building services.
02 / How we work
- Disciplines are coordinated inside the company: structures, building services and fire safety are designed together, not one after the other.
- Clashes between structures, services and escape routes are solved at design stage, when fixing them does not cost a variation on site.
- We handle the permitting process with the competent authorities: municipality, fire brigade, environmental agency, grid operator and the national energy services body.
- We deliver complete documents, including design calculations, bills of quantities and specifications, at the design stages set out in the appointment.

Structural engineering
